Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards
Downloadable/digital products
Personal care items (if opened or used)
Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at builtonrockgadgets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved:

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at builtonrockgadgets@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
